1. These regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and staying on the premises of Rezydencja Familia and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay. By performing the above-mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of these Regulations.
2. These Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of Rezydencja Familia.
3. The Regulations are available for inspection at the Reception of Rezydencja Familia and on the Residence website: www.familia-swinoujscie.com.
4. Rooms and apartments are rented for the so-called hotel day, which begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
5. Registration of the Guest requires presenting a photo ID to the Reception staff and signing the registration card. Presentation of an identity document applies to both adults and children staying under their care.
6. Guest check-in is possible only until 11:00 PM. The Reception is not open 24 hours a day.
7. Deposit
   1. The deposit is part of the stay price paid in advance to confirm the reservation. The reservation becomes guaranteed upon payment of the deposit.
   2. The deposit paid towards the stay is non-refundable.
   3. The Residence does not send additional confirmation of the received deposit via e-mail.
   4. The amount of the deposit is specified in the reservation confirmation sent by the Residence to the person making the reservation. The deposit must be paid within 5 business days from the reservation date. Failure to pay the deposit may result in cancellation of the reservation.
8. Cancellation of stay
   1. In exceptional situations, the Residence may transfer the paid deposit to another date in the form of a voucher equal to the deposit value.
   2. The voucher is valid for 1 year and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   3. In the event of a Guest resigning from the stay during its duration or during the hotel day, the Residence does not refund the payment for the stay.
   4. In exceptional situations, the Residence reserves the right to cancel a reservation, usually before 4:00 PM on the day preceding arrival, due to random events, failures, or other reasons preventing the provision of services.
9. Payment for stay
   1. Payment for the stay is made at the reception upon check-in.
   2. A spa/resort fee payable at the Reception of Rezydencja Familia must be added to the stay price.
10. The Guest may not sublet or transfer the room to third parties.
11. Visitors who are not registered at the Residence may stay in the room from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM after prior notification of a Rezydencja Familia employee.
12. If Guests have any objections regarding the quality of services offered by the Residence, they are requested to report them as soon as possible to the reception or Residence staff, enabling immediate response.
13. Rezydencja Familia shall make every effort to provide Guests with:
    1. conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
    2. safe stay conditions, including confidentiality of Guest information,
    3. professional and courteous service in all services provided by the facility,
    4. room cleaning and necessary repairs during the Guest’s absence or during their presence only upon request.
14. Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests’ behavior should not disturb the stay of other Guests. Organizing parties and gatherings is prohibited. The Residence may refuse further services to persons violating this rule.
15. Children under 12 years of age must remain under constant supervision of their legal guardians on the premises of the Residence. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.
16. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Residence equipment and technical devices caused by the Guest or their visitors. The Residence reserves the right to charge the Guest for damages discovered during or after the stay.
17. Failure to comply with these Regulations may result in refusal of further services. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the facility’s requests, settle outstanding payments, pay for any damages, and leave the facility.
18. Whenever leaving the room, the Guest should, for safety reasons, turn off the TV, switch off the lights, close the taps, and lock the windows and doors.
19. The Guest should immediately notify the Reception of any damage upon discovering it.
20. The Residence shall not be liable for loss of money, securities, valuables, or objects of scientific or artistic value left by the Guest on the premises of the Residence or unsecured in the room.
21. Rezydencja Familia does not accept items or money for safekeeping.
22. Rezydencja Familia is not responsible for damage or loss of cars or other vehicles belonging to Guests, items left inside them, or live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked on the Residence parking lot or outside its premises.
23. The Guest bears financial responsibility for damages and losses to equipment used during the stay caused by the Guest or third parties invited by them.
24. Before Guests leave the apartment, a Residence employee has the right to inspect the technical condition of the apartment, its equipment, and devices.
25. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, apartments, and public areas, except in designated smoking areas.
26. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms or their equipment.
27. Breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the dining room. Consumption is allowed only within the dining area.
28. Consumption of alcohol not purchased in the bar of Rezydencja Familia is prohibited on the premises of the Residence and around the facility, except inside guest rooms.
29. Personal belongings left in the room by departing Guests will be returned upon request to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest’s expense. The Residence stores lost property for 3 months.

The Guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Rezydencja Familia for purposes necessary to carry out the Guest’s stay at the Residence.
